Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoBox ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoBox (operated by Aiplex). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Permitted Use

CoBox is intended for legitimate personal and professional use only. Permitted uses include:

• Generating disposable email addresses to protect your real identity when signing up to services.
• Receiving transactional verification emails and extracting OTP codes for account access.
• Managing AI platform accounts (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) in a structured, secure vault.
• Testing email delivery flows and OTP pipelines during software development.
• Protecting your primary inbox from spam and unsolicited marketing emails.

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use CoBox for any of the following:

• Fraud - Creating fraudulent accounts, impersonating others, or bypassing identity verification on third-party platforms.
• Spam - Sending unsolicited bulk email, phishing campaigns, or any form of mass communication abuse.
• Free-tier abuse - Systematically circumventing free-tier limits on AI service providers (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) by generating fresh accounts to reset usage quotas. This is a violation of those platforms' own Terms of Service, and CoBox expressly forbids facilitating this use case.
• Social engineering - Using CoBox to facilitate account takeovers, credential stuffing, or social engineering attacks against any individual or organization.
• Illegal activity - Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Security attacks - Using CoBox to conduct penetration tests, vulnerability scans, or any attack against services you do not own or have explicit written permission to test.
• Resale - Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to CoBox accounts or services without express written consent from Aiplex.

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your CoBox account. You must:

• Keep your Google credentials and session secure. Never share your account access with others.
• Log out when using shared or public devices.
• Notify us immediately at support@aiplex.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

CoBox is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If a third-party platform bans or penalizes an account you created using CoBox, CoBox bears no responsibility for that outcome.

5. Plan Subscriptions & Billing

CoBox offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Max) processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of payment.
• Plans expire automatically after 30 days. There is no automatic renewal - you must manually re-subscribe to continue on a paid plan.
• Upon expiry, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free tier. Your vault data is not deleted.
• Prices are set by the CoBox server. The amounts listed on the pricing page are authoritative. Any attempt to manipulate payment amounts will be rejected.

6. Refund Policy

• Your account is suspended or banned for violating these Terms of Service.
• You used CoBox for any prohibited purpose described in Section 3.
• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You did not use the service during the subscription period.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing the Service for a significant portion of your subscription period. To request a review, contact support@aiplex.app within 7 days of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of CoBox is the exclusive property of Aiplex. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

Third-party platform names, logos, and trademarks referenced within CoBox (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) are the property of their respective owners. CoBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of those platforms.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

CoBox is provided "as-is" and "as-available". While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible via our social media channels.

CoBox is not liable for:

• Failure of third-party email or payment services
• Loss of data due to events beyond our reasonable control
• Account bans on third-party platforms resulting from your use of CoBox
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

9. Termination

CoBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service is immediately revoked.
• Any outstanding subscription period is forfeited without refund.
• You may request deletion of your account data via support@aiplex.app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of CoBox shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
